More than 300 regional, national, and international recruiters visit McIntire each year in search of exceptional employees. Commerce Career Services (CCS) staff provides support necessary to ensure that McIntire students, alumni, and employers find the best match. One-on-one counseling, career search advising, workshops, employer-specific programs, and professional development opportunities are provided with the highest level of service and care.
The CCS office suite is located in Rouss & Robertson Halls, making it easy for students to access the career development resources available. CCS hosts such events as employer coffee networking, resume reviews, and mock interviews. Commerce Career Day, held every year during the fall semester, provides students an opportunity to meet representatives from more than 90 companies seeking to hire McIntire graduates.
In addition, McIntire’s Centers, student organizations, and Corporate Partner Program offer a full calendar of events that bring together students and business leaders from a wide variety of industries and functional areas of expertise. In short, students have almost daily opportunities to network with business leaders and potential employers.

Of the 60 recent spring graduates in the Class of 2011, 43 of those students accepted offers with "Big Four" firms (Ernst & Young, Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and KPMG).
