Q2. The storage capacity on my mailbox has been exceeded. How do I clean out my mailbox?
If you exceed your mailbox capacity (75 MB) you will be unable to send messages. To fix this, you must delete some of the messages from your mailbox. Make sure that you remember to delete messages from the Sent Items folder, as well as from the Deleted Items folder. Messages with attached files tend to take up the most space.

Q3. How do I access my mailbox from the Web?
Open Internet Explorer or Firefox and go to https://webmail.comm.virginia.edu/exchange. In the login box, type MCINTIRE\ and your alias (e-mail ID). Enter your regular password as the password. The interface is fairly self-explanatory.

Example:  MCINTIRE\ABC8D

Q4.  How do I reserve a classroom?
You must complete a classroom reservation form with Facilities Coordinator Cam Garrard to use classroom space. To use the equipment in the classrooms you must present the reservation form to Judy Adams (Computer Lab) or Jane Pace for authorization. Both classroom and equipment reservations must be completed in advance between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.  Review the Classroom Use Waiver Document.
