Q2. The storage capacity on my mailbox has been exceeded.
How do I clean out my mailbox?
If you exceed your mailbox capacity (75 MB) you will be
unable to send messages. To fix this, you must delete some
of the messages from your mailbox. Make sure that you
remember to delete messages from the Sent Items folder, as
well as from the Deleted Items folder. Messages with
attached files tend to take up the most space.
