Mitchell R. Cohen

Mitchell Cohen is a Managing Director at Hellman & Friedman LLC, a private equity firm in San Francisco. He has worked at Hellman & Friedman since 1989. Before working at Hellman & Friedman, Mr. Cohen worked for Shearson Lehman Hutton in New York as an Analyst in the Merchant Banking Group and in the Office of the Chairman.

Mr. Cohen graduated from the McIntire School in 1986. He and his wife, Susan, live in San Francisco with their children, Alex, Josh, and Rebecca. Mr. Cohen serves on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Zoological Society and the Congregation Emanu-El in San Francisco.
