McIntire School Advisory Board

Susan Durbin Conniff

Susan (Durbin) Conniff is Chief Financial Officer for the Loyola School, a private co-ed high school in Manhattan. She is also a partner with Lighthouse Partners, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm.

Prior to joining Loyola and Lighthouse Partners, Ms. Conniff was a Vice President at JPMorgan in their advisory group. She has also done project work for Redding Consultants, a management consulting firm. Ms. Conniff began her career with the Boston office of Coopers & Lybrand, where she audited companies in the high-tech, defense, and higher education sectors.

Ms. Conniff graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce in 1988 with a concentration in accounting. While at Virginia, she directed and sang with the Virginia Belles, a women's a cappella group. Ms. Conniff is a CPA and has an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA and an M.S. in journalism from Columbia University. She lives in Brooklyn, N.Y., with her husband, Christopher, and daughter, Olivia.
