Donald E. Flow

Donald Flow is the CEO of Flow Automotive Companies. Flow Automotive has dealer locations in North Carolina and Virginia, and it currently represents a wide variety of franchises, including BMW, Mini, Hummer, Cadillac, and more.

Mr. Flow graduated from the McIntire School in 1977. At U.Va., Mr. Flow was a varsity athlete, a member of the ACC All-Academic Team, and recipient of the Arthur Gray Scholarship. Mr. Flow was also a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Honorary Society. Mr. Flow also has a diploma in Christian Studies from Regent College in Vancouver and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University. He received his M.B.A. in 1983 and graduated first in his class.

In addition to serving on the Advisory Board at the McIntire School, Mr. Flow is active in several communities. Mr. Flow serves as Chairman of the Board of Visitors of Wake Forest University’s Graduate School of Business, he is on the Board of Governors of Regent College, he is on the Board of Trustees of the Tanglewood Foundation, and he is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Summit School.

Mr. Flow has been married for 24 years to the former Robbin Bartlett. They have three children: Heather (20), Eric (17), and Kristin (14). Mr. Flow is an avid tennis player, skier, and reader.
