Edward D. McCrady

Ed McCrady is the CEO of Atlanta Storage Partners LLC, a company in the moving and storage business based in Atlanta. Before becoming involved in Portable On Demand Storage (PODS), Mr. McCrady spent over 16 years in the investment banking business. He served as Founder and Co-Head of the Atlanta office for Robertson Stephens, a San Francisco-based technology investment banking firm. Before that, Mr. McCrady spent 11 years in the Corporate Finance Department of The Robinson-Humphrey Company in Atlanta. At Robinson-Humphrey, he served clients in the financial services, industrial, and technology industries. Mr. McCrady began his career as an Investment Banker with The First Boston Corporation, serving as a financial analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department in New York and Atlanta. During his investment banking career, Mr. McCrady has been involved in a wide array of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, leveraged buyouts, exclusive sales, divestitures, and spin-offs. He is a 1985 graduate of the McIntire School and a 1989 graduate of the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. McCrady is married to Pattie S. McCrady and has four children: Eddie (age 8), Max (age 6), Evelyn (age 2), and Ruth (age 8 months.)
