Jeffrey A. Raich

Mr. Raich is a Managing Director and Joint Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at UBS Securities. He is a member of the IBD Global Management Committee and IBD America's Executive Committee and is Co-Head of Investment Banking, Los Angeles. He also serves as Chairman of UBS’ Business Review Group in the Americas. Mr. Raich joined UBS Investment Bank in 2001 and founded UBS' Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group in 2002.

Before joining UBS, Mr. Raich was a Managing Director and Head of West Coast Mergers and Acquisitions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He started his career as an investment banker with PaineWebber.

Mr. Raich has advised on over 150 merger and acquisition transactions across a broad spectrum of industries. His clients have included public and private companies, private equity firms and hedge funds.

Jeff received his B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

He is married and has two daughters.
