Michael A. Wildish
Class of '82

Michael Wildish is a Managing Principal for Corporate Partners LLC. Corporate Partners provides supportive long-term capital to established public and private companies through privately negotiated investments in a broad range of industries. The company targets significant minority-stake investments, usually between $25 million and $100 million of equity and equity-related capital. Prior to joining Corporate Partners, Mr. Wildish held the roles of Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for Miller Buckfire & Co.; Head of New Product Introduction for Capital Markets Services Inc., a subsidiary of the General Electric Company (GE); Head of Media Mergers & Acquisitions for Credit Suisse First Boston; and Head of Technology Mergers & Acquisitions for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and was a Managing Director for Lazard Frères & Co. and a banker for Goldman, Sachs & Co. Before Wall Street, Mr. Wildish was a Senior Accountant for Price Waterhouse and Co.
Mr. Wildish received a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School in 1982, with concentrations in accounting and management information systems. Mr. Wildish also received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1986. He is a certified public accountant and was The Elijah Watt Sells Gold Medal Award winner for the May 1982 CPA exam. He resides in Darien, Conn., with his wife, Cathy, and four children.
