S. Sean Kelleher

Sean Kelleher joined Shay Assets Management Inc. as EVP/Chief Investment Strategist in July 2009 and has been tasked with managing the investment advisory business as well as developing strategic investments for SAMI. Mr.
Kelleher was at AllianceBernstein from 1999 to 2007, where he served as Senior Vice President and head of AllianceBernstein’s investment strategies involving MBS, ABS, and CMBS. While there, he focused on leveraged investment strategies and founded the company's MBS hedge fund business. He also managed investment strategies for Fortune 100 pensions and Asian central banks.
Mr. Kelleher spent the first 15 years of his career on the sellside as a MBS
dealer and analyst. He has a B.S. in Commerce (Finance) from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and is a Certified Financial Analyst. He is married with three children.
