Mr. Tricarico is a Managing Director in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group at Jefferies & Company. He coordinates the firm’s coverage of the retail and apparel sectors. Mr. Tricarico joined Jefferies in 2007.

Before joining Jefferies, Mr. Tricarico spent more than five years in Wachovia Securities’ Consumer & Retail group. Before Wachovia, Mr. Tricarico was at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in the Retail & Apparel group in New York City. He started his career in the investment banking group at NationsBanc Capital Markets, a predecessor of Bank of America in Private Debt Placements.

He has completed a broad range of strategic and capital markets transactions for both public and private retail and apparel companies, including M&A advisory, restructuring, equity, and debt issuances.

Mr. Tricarico received his M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago in 1997 and earned his B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 1992. He currently resides in Charlotte, N.C., with his wife, Kathleen and three children Ross, John, and Sarah.
