McIntire Business Institute

The McIntire Business Institute is a certificate program that provides those with little or no business background the fundamental business skills vital to expanding their career horizons.

Taught by world-class McIntire faculty, this online executive certificate program is tailored for individuals looking to hone their management skills and take their careers to the next level. Participants will learn how to apply this knowledge to their work environments to add value and improve performance.

This two-and-a-half-day course, sponsored by McIntire and the National Association of College Auxiliary Services, provides an overview of the concepts, procedures, and tools necessary for managing people and processes associated with university and college auxiliary services.

LEAP (Leadership Excellence in the Accounting Profession) is a new annual leadership conference hosted by the McIntire School of Commerce that is designed to give sophomores and juniors from underrepresented minority groups insight into preparing for professional practice.
