Program Fees Program Tuition: $4,495. Deposit: $500 reserves your place; balance due March 24, 2008. Space is limited; reservations/deposits are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.Price includes: All program instruction, books, and materials Classroom facilities, audiovisual and technology support Meals as indicated in the itinerary All site visits and excursions; all transportation and program cultural and learning visits with expert guides as set forth in the itinerary Price does not include: Transportation to and from Copenhagen Hotel Accommodations while in Copenhagen Note: group rates will be available to program participants. Payment Schedule A deposit of $500 per participant is required. The balance of the program tuition must be paid by check or credit card by March 24, 2008, to guarantee your seat in the program. Deposits and tuition payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, or check. Please make checks payable to the "McIntire School of Commerce Foundation." Upon receipt of your $500 deposit, the McIntire School will reserve your place in the May 4-9, 2008, executive program in Copenhagen, Denmark. The full program balance of $3,995 is due by 5 p.m. EST March 24, 2008. If the McIntire School does not receive your complete payment by March 24, 2008, your reservation is subject to cancellation, and your place may be filled from our waiting list. Cancellation and Refunds To receive a refund of your deposit (minus a $50 processing fee), you must communicate your cancellation by the close of business (5 p.m. EST) March 24, 2008, to Heidi Faill at 434-243-4991 or hfaill@virginia.edu. No refunds are available for program payments after this March 24, 2008, 5 p.m. EST deadline.* *Although there are no refunds for payments after the March 24 deadline, the McIntire School Graduate Programs Office will make every effort to refund participants making post deadline cancellations, provided there is a waiting list and their vacated seat in the program can be filled with another participant. To be considered for a late cancellation refund you must send an official communication of your cancellation and the request for a refund in writing to Heidi Faill, University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce, P.O.
