CPA Considerations

Students have two general options for meeting the 150-semester-hour requirement to become a CPA: accumulate extra hours as an undergrad or attend graduate school. As an undergraduate, you can reach 150 hours by applying high school AP credits, taking a greater course load each semester, and/or attending summer school. If you wish to attend graduate school to reach 150 hours, consider a master's of accountancy program like McIntire’s M.S. in Accounting Program.
