 Fourth-Year Concentration(s)

Prepared with a fundamental knowledge of business theory and practice, fourth-year students concentrate in one or more specialized areas according to their interests and career plans. Fourth-year coursework employs the variety of methods introduced in the third-year curriculum--case work, group work, simulations, and distance learning--that enable students to sharpen their professional skills and deepen their knowledge.

Descriptions of the areas of concentration are available, along with required coursework, in the University of Virginia Undergraduate Record. For a brief description of each area see the following:

Six to nine hours of  Commerce electives are also offered on a rotating basis.
