Maximize your prospects by targeting organizations with an international focus, multinational companies employing a diverse work force, and companies that have historically sponsored international employees. Note that U.S.-based positions requiring security clearances, such as in the government and defense industries, require U.S. citizenship.

- Foreign Labor Certification (FLC) Disclosure Data – From the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA). DOL Foreign Labor Certification (FLC) data identify U.S. employers that completed FLC requests, thereby indicating an interest in hiring foreign workers.
