Stephen J. Aronson
Mr. Aronson joined Barclays Capital in 2000 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the Global Senior Relationship Management Division. Prior to this role, Mr. Aronson served as Head of Interest Rate Sales to Institutional Asset Managers. He started his career with the NIKKO Securities Co., Intl., Fixed Income Division. In 1993, he joined Aubrey G. Lanston & Co., Inc., serving as Senior Vice President and Global Sales Manager for Fixed Income.
Mr. Aronson serves on the University of Richmond Board of Trustees and is a member of the UR Campaign Committee and the Robins School of Business Executive Advisory Committee. In May 2012, he joined the VCU Massey Cancer Center's community advisory board. Mr. Aronson holds a B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Richmond, where he received induction into the Blue Sky Honor Society. He has two sons, Stephen and James.
Damaris Fernandez-Baez
Fifth & Pacific Companies Inc.
Mrs. Fernandez-Baez is Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at Fifth & Pacific Companies Inc. She joined the company in 2004. During her tenure at Fifth & Pacific Companies Inc., Mrs. Baez has held various roles within the Finance organization that have broadened her skills in the industry.
Mrs. Baez earned a B.S. in accounting from St. John’s University. Prior to joining Fifth & Pacific Companies Inc., Mrs. Baez was stationed in the Caribbean, where she developed budgets and forecasts for Bristol Myers Squibb’s pharmaceutical and nutritional operations.   During her years in the Caribbean, Mrs. Baez earned her M.B.A. in finance and formed her family. She currently lives in New York with her husband and children.

Edward J. Finley

Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management
Mr. Finley is a Managing Director and Private Banker in Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management's New York office. In this capacity, he provides ultra-high-net-worth clients with comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Mr. Finley has over 20 years of wealth management experience. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2012, he was a Managing Director and Senior Private Banker at JPMorgan Private Bank, where he provided wealth management solutions to families, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations. He was formerly a senior wealth adviser in Latin America, most recently covering Brazil, where he specialized in developing strategies for holding, managing, and transferring wealth tax efficiently and across generations. Mr. Finley also has expertise in cross-border estate planning and wealth planning for closely held businesses and non-marital couples. He has also advised many charitable foundations and NGOs on their international philanthropic activities.
Prior to his tenure at JPMorgan, Mr. Finley practiced law with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and Kirkland & Ellis, where he focused on U.S. and international trust and estate planning, in addition to not-for-profit organizations. He also practiced law with Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass LLP, where he advised families on wealth planning and estate administration.

Mr. Finley is a frequent lecturer and author on wealth management issues and is on the editorial board of Trusts & Estates magazine. He holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Chicago. He lives in New York City with his husband and two children.
Michael Ginder
Sands Capital Management
Mr. Ginder is a Research Associate at Sands Capital Management (SCM), where he is a member of the Life Sciences sector team. He works closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and associates to identify investment opportunities for SCM’s three flagship portfolios: Select Growth, Global Growth, and Emerging Markets Growth. Mr. Ginder has researched businesses across the health care sector during his time at the firm, with a particular focus on the biotech industry and emerging markets hospital companies. Prior to joining SCM in 2011, Mr. Ginder completed a summer internship in Morgan Joseph’s equity research department, where he helped cover businesses in the medical device industry.
Mr. Ginder earned a B.S. in Commerce, with a concentration in finance, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 2011. While at UVA he also completed most of the pre-medical admission requirements, including courses in organic chemistry, biology, and biochemistry.
Andrew King
Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management
Mr. King is an Assistant Vice President and Private Banker in the New York office of Deutsche Bank Asset & Wealth Management's Private Bank.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. King was an Analyst at the JPMorgan Private Bank, where he was a member of a team that constructed private wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families.
Mr. King holds a B.A. in economics from Gettysburg College.
William L. McComb
Fifth & Pacific Companies
Mr. McComb is Chief Executive Officer of Fifth & Pacific Companies Inc. and a member of the company’s board of directors.

Upon joining the company (formerly Liz Claiborne Inc.) in November 2006, Mr. McComb was presented with dramatically falling revenue and earnings, an over-levered balance sheet, and fading customer relationships. Over the past several years, he has transformed the business by right-sizing the brand portfolio, increasing retail capabilities, building strong teams, and rationalizing global cost structures--all while strategically investing across the company to build powerful brands and position Fifth & Pacific Companies Inc. for the future.
Prior to joining Fifth & Pacific Companies, Inc., Mr. McComb was Company Group Chairman of Johnson & Johnson. His 15-year career at J&J centered on consumer product businesses, with additional experience in both pharmaceuticals, and most recently its orthopedic and neurological device businesses, for which he was directly responsible. Previously, Mr. McComb worked at Leo Burnett advertising agency in Chicago, working on advertising for The Procter & Gamble Company.
Mr. McComb serves on the boards of the American Apparel & Footwear Association and the National Retail Federation. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable. Born in Columbia, Mo., Mr. McComb earned a B.A. in economics from Miami University (Ohio) and an M.B.A. in marketing and finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. McComb and his wife are the parents of three children.


Grace Ng

Ms. Ng joined Barclays in 2009 after graduating from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in economics and a concentration in international economics. During her time at Barclays, Ms. Ng has held various roles within the Equity division. She began as a member of the Equities Compliance team, which is responsible for overseeing the sales and trading activity of the equity, equity derivative, convertible bond, and special situations desks. After two years, she transitioned to a role within Equity Sales. Ms. Ng is currently an Assistant Vice President in the Institutional Equity sales group.

Sarah L. Payne
Fifth & Pacific Companies

Ms. Payne is a Manager of Financial Planning and Investor Relations at Fifth & Pacific Companies Inc. She joined the company in 2009.  She graduated from the Commerce School in 2005, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. Prior to joining Fifth & Pacific Companies Inc., Ms. Payne held roles in FP&A and Strategy at PepsiCo as well as in investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co.

Michael F. Raab, CFA
Sands Capital Management
Mr. Raab is a Research Analyst at Sands Capital in Arlington, Va. His primary role is leading the Global Financials sector team, which works to identify investment opportunities for the firm’s three flagship funds: Select Growth, Global Growth, and Emerging Markets Growth. He also contributes to the research efforts of the Consumer and Technology sectors and currently serves as an Associate on the Global Growth Portfolio Management Team. Mr. Raab joined Sands Capital in 2007 as a Research Associate after beginning his career in the Financial Institutions Group at SNL Financial.
Mr. Raab completed the requirements for a B.A. in economics at the University of Virginia in 2005 and earned an M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in 2011. While at the University of Virginia, he was an eight-time NCAA Division I All-American swimmer and still holds the school and ACC record in the 200 butterfly. He was also as a member of several USA National Teams and was a gold medalist in the 200 butterfly at the 2003 Pan American Games. Mr. Raab currently lives in his hometown of Bethesda, Md.
William White
Mr. White is a Managing Director with Citi’s Healthcare Investment Banking Team. He focuses exclusively on companies in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Mr. White received his A.B. from Princeton (1994), his M.P.P. from Harvard (1999) and his J.D. from Columbia (1999; joint Harvard / Columbia program). Before joining Citi, he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Kimba M. Wood (Chief Judge of the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York) from 1999-2000. In 2000, he joined the New York office of Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Healthcare Investment Banking. In early 2003, he transferred to Goldman Sachs' London-based European Healthcare Group. He was promoted to Vice President and returned to Goldman Sachs’ New York office in 2004. He joined Citi in 2006 as a Vice President, and was promoted to Director in 2007 and Managing Director in 2010.
