William Harrod is a Senior Technical Consultant for TruSecure Corporation, working directly with its clients' senior management to plan and manage security analyses for complex information management systems. He also manages ICSA's consulting services and coordinates the Rapid Start/emergency response team, which provides customers with alerts, intelligence, and guidance around emergent security events. In addition, Mr. Harrod provides critical technical support to ICSA's Product Development and Sales organizations.

After 14 years of federal service, Mr. Harrod left the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he was a Supervisory Forensic Computer Specialist. While with the FBI, Mr. Harrod was also a Rapid Start Team Leader, coordinating the investigative information management of crisis response and special events.
