Paul Connelly

Paul Connelly is a Partner leading the largest team in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Technology Security practice, covering the Southeast region of the US.  He has more than sixteen years of experience in telecommunications and information systems security, and has led numerous information systems security projects for private sector and federal organizations, spanning security assessment, design, implementation, and operation.  Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Paul spent five years at the National Security Agency, where he earned their Information Systems Security Professional designation, and nine years at the White House.  As the Head of Security at the White House Communications Agency, Paul developed and managed the enterprise security architecture that protected the communications and data systems used by the President of the United States, National Security Council, US Secret Service, and White House Military Office.  He was the recipient of the 1992 Frank B. Rowlett Trophy--the National Information Systems Security Award, and was selected for the White House Communications Agency Hall of Fame in 1998. Paul has a Top Secret security clearance.
