Delivering more than 8 million hours of custom training in 28 languages to learners in 70 countries each year, RPS is a global leader in learning services and outsourcing. RPS improves clients’ business performance by redesigning how they train their employees, customers, and partners; implementing their new training design; and managing their training in long-term outsourcing engagements. Headquartered in Dallas, RPS has primary offices in Barcelona, Detroit, Frankfurt, London, Melbourne, Mexico City, Moscow, New Delhi, Shanghai, and Singapore. As Director of Performance Consulting, Cox works with organizations to help them uncover their true worth through application of organizational network analysis, enhanced decision-making techniques, financial analysis, and Raytheon Six Sigma™. Prior to his current responsibilities, Cox was a founding member of the Raytheon Six Sigma Institute, where he was the chief architect of the Raytheon Six Sigma curriculum for experts and specialists. He was also lead instructor for the initial rollout of the curriculum within Raytheon. Cox also served as the Raytheon Six Sigma master expert assigned to Raytheon’s Information Technology organization, where he deployed Raytheon Six Sigma and facilitated knowledge sharing and reuse of best practices throughout the organization. Since joining Raytheon in 1988, Cox has held several positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, quality assurance, procurement assurance, and information technology. Cox is a frequent conference speaker on leadership, social capital, leadership and Six Sigma, and he has been cited for his views on social capital and networking in BusinessWeek, Industry Week, The Times (UK), and Training & Development. Cox earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in manufacturing systems management from Southern Methodist University. Ted
Graham is a Practice Associate with McKinsey & Company, one of
the world’s premier management consulting firms. Prior to joining
McKinsey, Graham served as Worldwide Director of Knowledge Management
Services at Hill & Knowlton. Among his many accomplishments during his
tenure there, Graham developed “HK.NET,” an award-winning global
knowledge management system that serves 2,000 employees and has resulted
in increased employee productivity and positive industry attention for
Hill & Knowlton’s knowledge management strategy. He also created the
popular “Client.net,” an effective extranet solution for Hill &
Knowlton’s global client base.
John Helferich is an Executive-in-Residence at the College of
Business Administration at Northeastern University and a Batten Fellow
at the Darden School of the University of Virginia. Helferich’s work focuses
on executive education, consulting on new ventures for established
companies, and researching new applications of social networks to
business.
Lisa Vertucci is
responsible for the major initiatives aimed at developing leadership and
professional talent at Lehman Brothers. Her focus is on building the
capacity of high-potential individuals, sustaining leadership ability at
all levels of the organization, and working with client-facing employees
to sharpen their relationship skills. She also plays the role of
internal executive coach and co-chairs the Lehman Brothers Gay and
Lesbian Network. She has been employed, happily, at Lehman Brothers
since 2004.
