Areas of Expertise:

Professor Kelly's expertise is in the area of business process and change management. Her current research focuses on facilitation and the effective integration of people, technology, process, and data. She teaches courses in process and data management and the strategic use of information technology. She has taught a variety of courses at The College of William and Mary and the University of Richmond and has been recognized for her excellence in the classroom.

Professional Activities:

Professor Kelly has over 24 years of information technology experience. She has published in such journals and publications as Journal of MIS; Decision Systems Support; and Computerworld and has presented her work at national and international conferences. Professor Kelly has worked with a variety of organizations, including Accenture, Coca-Cola International, Flagstar Corporation, U.S. Defense College, Idaho Power Company, Turner Broadcasting Systems, City of Charlotte, Computer Science Corporation, U.S. Army, Pennsylvania State University, and Binns Fashion Shop. Professor Kelly currently holds the position of Secretary for the Executive Council of ICIS.
