Investments, pensions, corporate finance, and fixed income.

Professional Activities:

Mr. Kochard has more than 15 years of experience in investments, corporate finance, and fixed income, including being vice president with Goldman Sachs. He currently serves as Managing Director of Public Equities for the Virginia Retirement System, the $36 billion pension fund for public employees in the State of Virginia. He has also served on the Investment Advisory Committee of the Virginia Retirement System.
