Areas of Expertise:

Ms. Maznevski researches and teaches in the areas of organizational behavior, international management, and global competition. She also conducts workshops on teaching for university faculty and industry trainers. Ms. Maznevski's current research focuses on high-performing teams and networks in multinational organizations. In addition, she addresses issues in human resources, global leadership, and cross-cultural communication.

Professional Activities:

Ms. Maznevski has presented and published papers on international management and team performance to a wide variety of audiences. Recent publications include the textbook International Management Behavior, 4th edition; "Bridging Space over Time: Virtual Team Dynamics and Effectiveness," in Organization Science; and "Creating Value with Diverse Teams in Global Management," in Organizational Dynamics. She is a co-developer of the Cultural Perspectives Questionnaire and consults with organizations globally.
