Netemeyer Senior Associate Dean Office phone: 434-924-3388 Education: Ph.D., Marketing, University of South Carolina Areas of Expertise: Consumer and organizational behavior topics with a methodological focus on measurement and structural equation modeling. Current research projects include (1) recovering from service failures and customer satisfaction/retention; (2) work-family and family-work conflict effects on employee performance variables; and (3) negative brand/corporate events and consumer perceptions of these events. Professional Activities: Professor Netemeyer’s research has appeared in Journal of Consumer
Research; Journal of Marketing Research; Journal of
Marketing; Journal of Applied Psychology; OBHDP;
Marketing Science; and others. He is a co-author of two textbooks pertaining to measurement and psychometrics. He is a member of the editorial review boards of
Journal of Consumer Research and Journal of Public Policy &
