Todd Associate Dean for Graduate Programs Office phone: 434-243-8988 Education: Ph.D., Management Information Systems, University of British Columbia Areas of Expertise: Professor Todd specializes in the management of IT. He conducts research on the adoption and diffusion of IT, the impact of IT on decision making, the management of IT personnel, and human-computer interface design. Current research projects include studies of IT adoption and satisfaction, the marketing of the IT function, factors influencing the retention of IT workers, and the influence of decision aids on decision-making strategy. Professional Activities: Professor Todd publishes articles in academic and professional journals, presents papers at professional meetings, and participates in executive education programs.
