Student Quarters has a substantial acquisition pipeline and plan, and is seeking to hire an Acquisitions Analyst. Position Information
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Lead underwriting and financial modeling of student housing property acquisitions, analyze trailing statements and prepare competitive analysis
  • Develop deep market expertise in target markets to gain a clear understanding of an asset’s market position and business plan
  • Lead the preparation of investment committee papers and investor updates
  • Assist in conducting due diligence activities for each transaction closing
  • Provide support across all aspects of Student Quarters’ investor relations activities
  • Contribute to the excellent team dynamic already in place
  • Very developed analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to handle multiple high priority projects and deliver polished materials
  • A motivated self-starter, problem solver and team player
