Position Information
Job Responsibilities: 

Odgers Berndtson is searching for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical individual for a six-week-long project. The individual will be responsible for analytical research, using financial statements of companies, including (but not limited to) the Definitive Form 14-A filings, and/or the S-1 Registration Statements, and/or other forms. The topic will be on boardrooms and corporate governance.

This Internship Will Provide:
▪ Inside look into corporate governance and the boardroom of healthcare companies
▪ Ownership of research and analysis
▪ An opportunity to create and present work

Key Job Responsibilities Include:
▪ Collect data from financial statements
▪ Conduct original research
▪ Analyze and present findings
▪ Help author/proofread/copyedit research

Qualifications: 

▪ Extremely detail-oriented and organized
▪ Strong analytical skills
▪ Preferred experience using statistics and statistics programs (strong Excel skills at a minimum)
▪ Experience and proficiency in working with financial statements of companies, including (but not limited to) the Definitive Form 14-A filings, and/or the S-1 Registration Statements, and/or other forms
▪ Superior writing, communications, and interpersonal skills
▪ Interest in healthcare, pharma, medtech, medical devices a plus
▪ Self-motivated
