Position Information
Job Responsibilities: 

The purpose of the Sales Associate role is to support the US sales team in all sales-related endeavors through the full cycle of the fundraising process, including prospecting, investment and operational due diligence, on-boarding, and subsequent client servicing.


  • Work with various internal stakeholders on strategic projects and initiatives to improve the overall efficacy of the team
  • Maintain CRM system with client records, activity, and pipeline, and coordinate all ad hoc requests and ongoing reporting to senior management, including annual business plans and quarterly review packs
  • Provide the US institutional sales team with research on existing and prospective investors across all channels including corporate and public pensions, endowments and foundations, insurance companies, single and multi-family offices, funds of funds, health care organizations, and private bank platforms
  • Coordinate with client portfolio managers, legal, compliance, and other internal teams to complete projects and tasks in an organized and timely manner, including coordinating portfolio manager roadshow, various client requests, DDQs/RFPs, outreach, and follow-up campaigns, annual conferences, and day-to-day meetings and update calls
  • Learn core skills to become an external-facing sales person
  • Understand and comply with all company policies, practices, and statements relating to risk and compliance
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills to succeed in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment

    • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory matters and adherence to procedures
    • Successful completion of all qualifications, licenses, tests, and other requirements required by any regulatory authorities (Series 7, 3, 63)
