Position Information
Job Responsibilities: 

Serve as an integral member of the Strategic Analytics team in Corporate Finance.

Evaluate the firm’s initiatives on executive management, total reward offerings and benefit programs to generate key financial insights.

Manage the financial models for Booz Allen’s executive and bonus compensation programs to become a subject matter expert on the firm’s rewards strategies.

Contribute in a highly visible, dynamic and collaborative environment, providing critical analyses to inform senior management decisions.

C​​ollaborate with other finance, human resources and accounting functions to evaluate results, update forecasts and develop presentations, including periodic interactions with senior leadership.

Qualifications: 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
  • 2+ years of experience in structuring complex problems and delivering insights and recommendations
  • Knowledge of both financial reporting and accounting, including key financial metrics, both GAAP and non-GAAP
  • Ability to build integrated and dynamic models in Microsoft Excel
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with corporate finance or general accounting
  • Ability to display exceptional attention to detail and resourcefulness
  • Ability to interact with senior leaders
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Compensation: 

$75,000 - $95,000
