Mr. Radhakrishnan is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Zygous LLC. The consulting company has three practice areas: 1) a digital business and IT strategy, architecture (different disciplines of architecture), innovation and governance (SAIG) consulting practice, 2) an IT strategy, architecture, innovation and governance custom training practice; and 3) IP development and management services, including invention development service (IDS), and an invention and innovation process design and management service, among others.  Zygous clients include Fortune 500 companies such as Freddie Mac and EY (Ernst & Young) from the financial services industry, Shire Pharmaceuticals and CareFirst BC & BS in the health care and life sciences industry, and Cisco and others from the technology industry.

Mr. Radhakrishnan was previously a Senior Managing Consultant and Senior IT Architect for IBM Global Technology Services (GTS). His client engagements involved global ITSM (DevOPs) and BSM program management, service-level management, and service availability/continuity management. Prior to joining IBM, he was an independent IT architect at Zygous LLC for two years and a senior technical consultant at Sun Microsystems for nearly five years. He was also a senior technical staff member at Metamor Worldwide for five years and consulted for numerous Fortune 500 companies.  He specializes in enterprise architecture and service management consulting, business continuance, high-availability, high-end systems, storage technologies, and technical project management.

Mr. Radhakrishnan earned an M.B.A. from Old Dominion University's Strome College of Business and an M.S. from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, where he serves as an advisory board member for the M.S. in the Management of Information Technology Advisory Board. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics (First Class) from Loyola College (University of Madras, India).

Mr. Radhakrishnan is certified as a TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) practitioner, ITIL-ITSM (v3) consultant (Expert Level), Six Sigma Black Belt, IBM Senior IT Architect, Open Group Master Architect, and as a Solaris Systems Administrator and Storage Architect.

Mr. Radhakrishnan has received multiple awards, including the Virginia IT Scholar Award from UVA (2003), multiple Patent and Plateau Awards from IBM (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014), the Stock Grant for Innovation (2008), the Service Excellence Award from IBM (2006), and multiple named account star awards from Sun Microsystems (2000-2004).  He reached the 11th Invention Plateau in 2014 (awarded by IBM). Mr. Radhakrishnan placed among the top 1% or top 5% in multiple academic examinations during his high school and undergraduate years. Mr. Radhakrishnan currently has 33 granted patent or pending patents.

Mr. Radhakrishnan has published dozens of papers related to operations architecture, service management, requirements management, architecture management, IT intelligence, Six Sigma, and decision engines in the cloud services environment, among others. His presentations and papers have been published in prestigious journals, conference proceedings and symposiums such as IBM Systems Journal, Frontiers in Service (University of Maryland), The International Symposium on Information Systems (ISIS by the Indian School of Business), The Open Group White Papers, and QFD Symposium, among others.
