About me:
Hi! My name is Nayana MacMillan, and I am a fourth-year student concentrating in Marketing and IT, with tracks in Business Analytics and Global Commerce.
At UVA, I am involved in Student Council, my sorority, and volunteering. I am also a McIntire Mentor and a TA for Commercial Law.
Outside of school, I love traveling, skiing, going to hockey games (go Caps!), cheering on our basketball team, going to concerts, and trying new restaurants in Charlottesville.
My favorite part of my time at McIntire so far has been getting to meet so many people with diverse interests, since group work is such an integral part of the McIntire experience. McIntire has also pushed me to become more comfortable with participating in class and developing relationships with my professors. I have also enjoyed the real-world aspect of McIntire, as much of our classwork is focused on doing projects for real companies and the problems they face. It has been such a rewarding experience to see the ideas of my classmates and mine come to fruition over the course of the semester!
Fun fact:
I am a dual citizen and speak three languages!
