Enterprise computing is in the middle of a sea change. Trends such Web 2.0, software as service (SaaS), service-oriented architecture (SOA), grid computing, cloud computing, and mobile computing are challenging established ways to think about IT architecture and IT management, leaving many of us wondering about the meaning of these trends.
