McIntire's Ivy Society of NYC invites you to participate in our upcoming Spring Power Series.
These monthly events over breakfast, happy hour, or dinner are designed to facilitate meaningful interaction and professional networking for McIntire alumnae and friends.

April Power Breakfast: What Every Woman in Business Should Know about Earning an M.B.A.
Hosted by
Melody Jones (McIntire '05), Co-Founder, Vantage Point MBA Admissions Consulting
Erin Russell (McIntire '96), Board Member, Kadant (KAI), and former Principal, Vestar Capital Partners

$20 registration fee covers coffee and breakfast.

Discussion Overview: During this power breakfast, Melody Jones (Columbia Business School '13) and Erin Russell (Harvard Business School '01) will discuss the power of an M.B.A. (Hint: It's more than a hike in your salary) and what you can be doing now to position yourself for success 1-5 years before applying. During the 45 minutes, Erin will discuss the value of networking, as well as how longevity and optionality from an M.B.A. can keep you relevant and significant in the business world. In the remaining time, Melody will lead a discussion about ways you can strengthen your profile now, things to think about as you navigate the early years of your career, and an ideal application timeline for it/when you've decided an M.B.A. is right for you. Join them for this eye-opening discussion.
