Mr. Finley has spent nearly 25 years in wealth management, providing comprehensive advice to ultra-high-net-worth families, endowments, and foundations. He is currently the Principal of Arrow Wealth Advisory LLC, where he advises a select number of families. His Wall Street career spanned nearly a decade as a trusts and estates attorney and 15 years in private wealth management. Mr. Finley teaches the Quantitative Finance capstone as well as a new course for non-McIntire students on markets and investing.

Mr. Finley spent most of his wealth management career at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he advised international clients on cross-border planning and U.S. clients on comprehensive wealth management. Mr. Finley is admitted to practice law in California, New York, and Connecticut. He spent most of his legal career at the New York firm of Milbank Tweed. Over the course of his career, he has advised a number of prominent families and foundations on all aspects of wealth management.

Mr. Finley was appointed to the faculty and named Assistant Director of the Center for Investors and Financial Markets in 2019. He is a regular author on wealth management topics and is on the editorial board of Trusts & Estates magazine.
