Why did you choose McIntire? I chose to attend UVA because of the outstanding reputation of the M.S. in Accounting Program and faculty, as well as the overall sense of community at McIntire.

What do you enjoy about the program so far? The majority of my classes are relatively small, and I have enjoyed getting to know many of my classmates and professors. All of my professors are also very invested in my success and are accessible should I have any questions.

Fun facts about me: Before coming to McIntire, I worked full time at GEICO for almost three years in the corporate controller's office as an Information Systems Analyst. I'm also a big sports fan and the proud owner of shares of the Green Bay Packers--Go Pack Go!

Hobbies: Being outdoors and experiencing nature (I love to go hiking and skiing), traveling and going to new places, hanging out with friends and family (especially with a grill nearby!)
