M.S. in Commerce 2019, University of Virginia
B.A. in Media Studies, University of Virginia

Why did you choose UVA’s M.S. in Commerce Program? I was looking for an opportunity to pair some of my creative and analytical outlets that I developed in my undergraduate career with a technical, quantitative skill set translatable into the business world. Going to the University of Virginia as an undergraduate, I was well aware of the deep alumni network that McIntire has to offer, as well as the rigor and quality of education that I was looking for.
What do you enjoy about the program so far? It has been tough so far—lots of long days and nights, and it has only just begun. However, the people you are surrounded by help make learning enjoyable. There is such a wealth of intellectual diversity that allows for some stimulating, challenging discussion. Also, the food. McIntire has the catering game on lock.
Fun facts about me: I was a member of an a cappella group in undergrad called the “Hullabahoos.” I can eat a slice of Benny’s pizza in under 60 seconds.
Hobbies: Singing, basketball, golf, drone photography
