Why did you choose UVA’s M.S. in Commerce Program? Not only did I want to enhance my skill set while gaining experience for my future career, but I also wanted to leverage my undergraduate studies and experience in a new learning environment. Initially, the GIE component of the program stood out to me and was a unique trait that I didn’t find in other programs. In addition, having this program be in my hometown was a major deciding factor for me.

What do you enjoy about the program so far? I love how integrated the program is! I enjoy that I can apply what I am learning/doing in one class to another one.

Fun facts about me: I have an 11-year-old pet tarantula; I am extremely double jointed; and I studied abroad in Lugano, Switzerland, and Rwanda, Africa.

Hobbies: Horseback riding, swimming, and being outside!
