Gary Wallace ’85 (M.S. in Accounting ’86) has been elected to the executive committee of Keiter, a CPA firm based in Richmond, Va. Gary is a Partner with the firm and his practice areas are primarily tax and M&A.
Scott Holmes ’92 and his wife, Courtney, are delighted to announce the birth of their daughter, Ellison, born in January 2015. She joins older brothers, Lucas and Reid. Mr. Holmes is a Co-Founder of Asenti Diligence Partners LLC. He is the son of H. Alexander Holmes ’64 (Law ’67). The family lives in Arlington, Va.
Eric Tracy ’97 successfully sold his company EQUARIUS Waterworks to Ferguson Enterprises. All management and staff will remain on board with Ferguson, where they will continue to help California communities successfully manage their water resources for a more sustainable future.
Elizabeth Butler ’99 and her husband, Rhett, welcomed their daughter, Alyson Victoria, born July 20, 2014. Alyson joins her big sister, Kathryn Elizabeth, 2. The family resides in Fairfax, Va. Elizabeth is the Director of Operations for the accounting firm Pipaya Partners, which specializes in M&A accounting support and due diligence for the aerospace, defense, and government contracting industries.
Monique Alvino Jennings ’01 and her husband, Stephen, welcomed their second child, Charles Michael, born Feb. 11, 2015. Charlie joins his big brother, Miles, 2. The family resides in Chicago, where Mrs. Jennings is Senior Manager, Sales Strategy at PepsiCo.
Narci Chang ’02 and his wife, Jasmine, live in Taipei, Taiwan, with their children, 7-month-old Isaac and 6-year-old Jacqueline. Narci is an Equity Analyst at J.P. Morgan, covering the technology industry.
Dennis King (M.S. in MIT ’04), Tim Kelly (M.S. in MIT ’04), Adair Ross (M.S. in MIT ’04), Autumn Zaborowski (M.S. in MIT ’04), Brian Dixon, and Dr. George Moxley are training to ride as a team in the Ride to Conquer Cancer, which takes place Sept. 19-20, 2015. After each team member raises $2,500 to benefit cancer research at Johns Hopkins, the team will ride 150 miles over two days through the Washington, D.C., area.
Mike Schmidt ’05 and Anne Schmidt (Betts) ’05 welcomed a daughter, Marie Virginia, born April 6, 2015. The Schmidts recently relocated to Austin, Texas, where Mike is a Senior Brand Strategist at McGarrah Jessee and Anne owns web development firm Scout Digital. Go Block 8!
