About me: I love how both UVA and McIntire have allowed me to pursue my many interests so far! My favorite part of McIntire has been the engaging classroom dynamics and the supportive faculty.

My ICE professors played a big role in connecting me to the right people for my summer internship with Hilton. I am currently concentrating in IT, with a track in business analytics and plans to pursue a Management concentration as well. Outside of Commerce, I am interested in psychology (my second major), mentorship, art, and music. I am involved with the Young Women Leadership Program through Curry and the Women’s Center here at UVA. I have been both a mentor and a facilitator to groups of middle school girls in the local Charlottesville schools. Working so closely with my peers as a mentor has been one of my favorite opportunities at UVA! It has allowed me to advance my problem-solving skills and deepen new friendships. I am also a research assistant at Darden’s Behavioral Research Lab, which I consider a cool intersection between my two areas of study.

To destress, I love to try new local restaurants with my friends, paint, and play the piano. My not-so-secret weakness is Insomnia’s Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream, and I hope they bring Wings Over back before I graduate! Nothing has been the same since they closed last year. Speaking of nothing being the same, you should know that Drake is my favorite artist (and celebrity crush!).
