The White Ruffin Byron Center for Real Estate's 2023 Conference will be hosted at the Darden School of Business on Friday, Nov. 10, 2023. 

It is with great excitement that we announce UVA President Jim Ryan will open the conference. 

Join us for an engaging day of learning and networking with UVA alumni, students, and industry leaders who are passionate about the market, political, and design connections that shape cities and societies.

Morning sessions will take place in the Abbott Auditorium. The afternoon program will feature multiple concurrent breakout sessions to allow each conference attendee to attend smaller presentations and conversations on topics most interesting to them. Breakouts are being designed around affordable housing, REITs, equity, the future of downtowns, technology, climate and ESG, and more. 

All conference attendees (including registered students 21 and older) are invited and encouraged to stay for a networking reception to celebrate the close of the conference and our 2023 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient.

The conference will take place at the Darden School of Business, located on North Grounds at the University of Virginia.

A small block of sleeping rooms is available at The Forum Hotel at 540 Massie Road, next door to the Darden School. Click here to book a room by Oct. 1 to secure a room in our block at the highly discounted rate of $179+tax for the evening before the conference (Nov. 9).
