UVA alumni and the public: Registration is $50.

UVA students: Conference registration is complimentary for current UVA students. Morning sessions are specifically aimed at students interested in real estate. We ask that students only register once they are sure they can attend the daylong conference, as you will be included in our flash-mentoring schedules and catering estimates.  

Due to capacity limits in Room 120 for the afternoon sessions and to the size of our anticipated audience, we reserve the right to ask students to view these sessions on screen in an overflow classroom.

The inaugural in-person Fall Conference will be held at the McIntire School of Commerce in Rouss & Robertson Halls at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. 

Due to construction associated with the School's Expansion Project, navigating the area can be challenging. Visitors should access Rouss & Robertson Halls from the Lawn. Review our visitor page for more detailed information for directions, parking, and visiting the McIntire School.

There are many hotels in and around Charlottesville, as well as other lodging options such as Airbnb and VRBO. To see a list of hotels in the area, visit our hotel listings page to view lodging options within walking distance of UVA Grounds.

Visitor parking is available at the Central Grounds Garage, conveniently located under the University Bookstore at 400 Emmet St. near Newcomb Hall, Memorial Gymnasium, Brown College, and the Clemons Library. Hourly parking may be paid via the ParkMobile app.

Overnight parking is not permitted. Visitors who require overnight parking accommodations may purchase a temporary BLUE permit to park in the lots at John Paul Jones Arena.
