Position Information
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Key lead and liaison with logistics team in requesting inventory, understanding key in warehouse dates, shipping dates, forecasting and communicate clear dates for launches and promotions aligned to the business needs
  • Work with logistics and warehouse teams to lead packaging revamp and continuously monitor to ensure our customers have a positive end-to-end experience with the brand
  • Work with Planning team on cfx.com inventory and forecasts
  • Lead website operation enhancements to help drive conversion and decrease cost
  • Work with customer service team to resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve overall customer experience
  • Lead efforts for launch of the new Tmall store and work with our Tmall Partner on an on-going basis on promotions, sampling, product assortments, and marketing opportunities to drive revenue and brand growth
  • Manage site experience via new product launches, inventory updates, and QA to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the website
  • Contribute to weekly digital reporting and monitor/measure site trends, revenue, product performance, inventory and optimization opportunities
  • Lead the roll out of international shipping for coverfx.com
Qualifications: 
  • 5 years' experience in e-commerce; experience in beauty preferred
  • Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven and possess strong communication skills
  • Must be able to take strategic initiatives and run with the execution
  • Balance of strong analytical skills and an acute sense of brand
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Shopify a plus
