Commerce Career Services (CCS) works hard to provide McIntire students with targeted career programming and advising services, as well as to expose them to internships and employment opportunities with outstanding employers. Many of our students are offered summer internships between their third and fourth years at McIntire. Coupled with a McIntire education, this experience provides our graduates with unparalleled preparation for the workplace.

UVA's on-Grounds interviewing program, CAVLink, allows employers and all UVA students (including McIntire students) to interview during the fall and spring semesters for full-time and internship positions. Through CAVLink, employers are able to exclusively recruit McIntire students by posting positions and coordinating on-Grounds interviews. The scheduling of information sessions and McIntire's annual Commerce Career Day registration is also coordinated through CAVLink.
