Casey Fram (M.S. in Business Analytics ’21)

Senior Inside Sales Manager, Lenovo

Casey Fram is a passionate Senior Sales Manager with 10 years of experience at Lenovo, across healthcare, public sector, and corporate verticals. Most recently, she stood up Lenovo's Public Sector Mid-Market sales organization to better serve the small to medium-sized K-12, higher education, and SLG customers in the United States. Within two years, Fram grew the organization's revenue contribution to $100 million per year. During that time, she sat on Lenovo's HBCU Advisory Council to support historically Black colleges starting eSports programs.

Fram has participated in an array of extracurricular projects at Lenovo, including digital transformation, mental and physical health initiatives, and a call center remodel. Serving as a WILL (Women in Lenovo Leadership) mentor, Fram is committed to empowering entry-level women at her company. She also contributes to several professional development workshops aimed at preparing employees to shift from individual contributor to managers.

Fram lives in Chapel Hill, NC, with her husband and two dogs. She holds a M.S. in Business Analytics from the Darden School of Business and McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. She leverages her degree for data-based decision making every day.
