Summer Haltli leads FCP’s impact investing strategy in multifamily housing, with a focus on housing affordability and resident services. Haltli oversees the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) best practices and investor reporting.
Since joining FCP in 2010, Haltli has developed and implemented value-add business plans for over 7,000 multifamily units and mixed-use projects, totaling over $1.5 billion of value. She successfully executed over $1 billion in disposition and refinancing transactions while leading FCP’s ESG efforts. Haltli founded FCP’s Sustainability; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI); and FCP SERVES committees.
Haltli serves as Vice Chair of the Multifamily Impact Council, a nonprofit organization dedicated to establishing and maintaining multifamily impact investing principals. She serves as an Advisory Board member for University of Virginia Center for Real Estate and the Kayo Women in Real Estate Summit. Haltli is an active member of the Urban Land Institute Greenprint Center for Building Performance and the National Multifamily Housing Conference and is a board member emeritus for City Kids Wilderness Project.
Haltli received her MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and her B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Prior work experience includes portfolio management at Bentall Kennedy and underwriting over $1 billion in office investment sales transactions at Jones Lang LaSalle.
