Keven Lindemann is the Executive Director of the White Ruffin Byron Center for Real Estate, a pan-University Center supporting students, alumni, and the broader UVA real estate community. Prior to his role with the Center, he was the Head of Global Real Estate for the Market Intelligence division of S&P Global. His team was responsible for all the real estate data and analytics on the platform, with thousands of users at investment banks, fund managers, private equity firms, and public real estate investment trusts (REITs).

Lindemann holds a B.A. from the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Virginia and graduate degrees from the University of Denver. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.

Lindemann is a fellow of the Homer Hoyt Institute and on the advisory board of the Real Estate Research Institute. He has been cited in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Bloomberg on the topics of REITs and real estate capital markets. He has guest lectured at McIntire, Darden, and a number of other universities.
