Founder and CEO, EZ Turn

Chase Minnifield is the Founder and CEO of EZ Turn, a Forbes 30 Under 30 company and two-time Student Housing Business Award recipient for the best university vendor solution. EZ Turn created the turn management software market by being the first software platform built to solve the management difficulties of the student housing summer turnover needs. EZ Turn has allowed managers to manage better and service providers to provide better service, revolutionizing how work will be completed at commercial real estate moving forward. EZ Turn has over 200,000 beds in its portfolio of users.

Prior to founding EZ Turn, Minnifield played three years for the NFL’s Washington Commanders after being an all-American defensive back at the University of Virginia from 2008 to 2012. In 2015, he also founded Helping Hand LLC, which has become a nationally recognized brand for security guard services at universities and apartment complexes. Helping Hands staffs over 70 employees and has worked with some of the biggest companies in the country, including Meta, ESPN, Live Nation, and University of Kentucky, to name a few. 

Minnifield holds a B.A. from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Virginia and an M.S. from the Sports Administration program at the University of Louisville. He is the Founder of the Hooswhere Podcast and the Minnifield Foundation, a nonprofit organization focusing on giving back to kids through athletics, academics, and the arts.
