Professor Marcel’s research interests center on corporate governance and strategic leadership. His work examines the social and political dynamics that guide interactions between the organization’s most powerful actors. Professor Marcel’s research is published in journals such as Academy of Management Journal; Academy of Management Review; Strategic Management Journal; and Journal of Management. Professor Marcel worked in the banking industry before becoming an academic.
