
Curtis W. Schade
Curtis W. Schade is a 1980 graduate of the McIntire School and spent 20+ years on Wall Street leading leveraged finance teams at First Boston, Bear Stearns, and DLJ before transitioning to commercial real estate. He is currently Co-CEO of Ziff Real Estate Partners and an Advisory Board member of Evergreen Devco, a developer of multifamily residential, industrial, and retail assets in the western U.S. Schade also co-founded Progress Residential, the largest single-family rental owner and operator in the U.S. He lives in Vero Beach, FL, with his wife, Angel, and has four grown children, three of whom are graduates of the McIntire School.
