Tim Chapman serves as the Managing Member of Chapman Development LLC. He has an extensive background in multifamily development and tax-credit communities. He oversees day-to-day business operations and development.

Personally, Mr. Chapman has spent his adult life committed to public service, from serving his country in the 3rd U.S. Infantry’s Presidential Honor Guard (“The Old Guard”) to being appointed by Virginia’s Gov. Robert McDonnell to a seat on the Virginia Housing and Development Authority. Mr. Chapman believes that to build a strong business foundation one must first be committed to the community.
