What stood out to you about the M.S. in Accounting Program at UVA?

I chose UVA because it is a prestigious school that holds a great reputation all over the country. The program resources and curriculum are just phenomenal. I felt that the people at McIntire are professionals who know what they are doing and how to set us up for success.

What are you looking forward to the most in the program?

I am looking to develop my technical and soft accounting skills because I believe it is important for accounting professionals to feel comfortable with subjects such as cybersecurity and data analytics, which the program offers.

What clubs and organizations were you a part of during your time in undergrad?

Swim team and Student Government Association

If you could go on a cross-country road trip with a famous person, living or dead, who would it be?

I would pick Mohamed Salah because he is a true example of "a nation's hero." Not only he is a great soccer player, but his story and what he does for his community are so inspiring.

“Bohemian Rhapsody”
